Lisbeth Lyons Black became the first-ever Director of Women in Print Alliance in December 2022, following more than 20 years of representing the voice of business and industry on Capitol Hill – including 15 years focused on the print, postal, and packaging sectors – as a federally registered lobbyist. In her current role, Lisbeth lobbies solely on workforce development/educational policy, and directs strategic industry initiatives designed to attract, retain, advance, and advocate for women in the printing industry through education, personal and professional development, networking, and community building events. Lisbeth holds a B.A. from DePauw University and a professional graduate certificate from The George Washington University School of Political Management. She lives with her husband, Mike, a retired US Air Force officer, and their fur-child Havanese-Poodle, Pablo, in the historic Logan Circle neighborhood of Washington, DC.

Additionally, John has an extensive background and experience in a wide range of document processing platforms leveraging technology and automation, that drive efficiency and platform growth. A graduate of SUNY Maritime College, John holds a bachelor of science degree in mathematics and computer science.
