SESSION DESCRIPTION

In a fireside chat, Marco Boer will lead a discussion with a big picture economist and a commercial printer. IT Strategies will present an overview of what has happened in the print industry since the trade tariff and immigration policy changes were enacted in the beginning of 2025. The economist will provide a macro-overview of the state of the US economy, including statistics on employment, consumer confidence, housing starts, energy prices, and other leading indicators that effect consumer and business spending. We will translate the impact of these trends with our commercial printer panelist commenting on his/her perspective of what these trends will mean for the print industry in the coming years, allowing audience members to formulate their strategies for the years ahead.
