CIC Print Innovation: Impact - Renewal by Andersen

Impact's direct mail marketing agency, Infinity Direct, created a multi-channel direct mail campaign for window and door replacement provider Renewal by Andersen that incorporated perforated paper stock for easily detachable cards and coupons to support their friends-and-family referral program. Each mailer included a removable customer appreciation note and a $50 friends-and-family referral offer as an added thank you for referring a friend or family member to Renewal by Andersen.

The 50,000-piece mailer was printed on pre-perforated Verso 100 lb. Gloss Cover stock and used an innovative font from digital font distributor My Font to create the personalized feel of a handwritten note. Canon’s varioPRINT iX-series allowed for the use of variable data printing, such as a customer’s first name and last name, to create a personalized mailing envelope that helped drive a healthy response rate for Renewal by Andersen.
