The New Workforce: What Young Professionals Want from their Employers

In a competitive labor market, prospective and current employees are going to decide what’s right for them. Print Service Providers need to focus on what makes their company worth working for. In evaluating how to retain the best talent as well as attract top candidates, print service providers need to consider a variety of factors beyond competitive wages. Is it working from home or flexible scheduling and reduced workdays? Is it encouraging a better work-life balance? How important are recognition and rewards programs? What about the company culture? How important are wellness programs? Is your benefit program competitive?
In this session, you will hear directly from the voice of the 17- 35 year-olds about what motivates them to stay with their current employer and/or what they look for in future employers. We will discuss everything from benefits to work-life balance and salaries. We will explore what is working to boost employee job satisfaction and help keep the best employees to stay as well as attract top talent.
